“I am a mobile head groomer in the Winter Haven area... I've been taking my own and generator all the way over toward Winter Park to get it repaired or just maintain... That is getting a little more difficult to do so luckily I heard about Tuffy... I had stepped by earlier in the day to pick up their info on the credit card they have.. And then 3 hours later my generator decided to have issues.. I immediately called Jay.. He told me to bring my truck over to the shop and they would assess it.. They provided me transportation back to my car As I left my truck Overnight to be checked in the morning.. They pick me up in the morning and brought me back to my truck.. My generator needed basic maintenance which I had been going to Winter Park and paying over $500 to get done.. I even brought the receipt so they could see if there was some difference on what the basic Bateman's plan was.. The exact same maintenance that I'd been paying over $500 at the Generator dealership was more than half at Tuffy.. Plus all the gentleman that work there are absolutely amazing I will definitely use them again and I thank them for all they did for me this week I needed to get back to work.. There are a lot of dirty dogs in Winter Haven”
